• To make a provisional booking – phone our office and we will ‘pencil you in’. If another client wants the boat on the same date we will notify you, but we cannot hold this provisional booking until you have confirmed it.
• To confirm a booking we require you complete, sign and return one of our ‘Booking Forms’ (download PDF at bottom of this page) along with a deposit of 25% of the boat hire cost.
• We require full payment in our bank account at least 10 x days in advance of your function.
• Cheques cannot be accepted less than 2 weeks in advance of your function.
